1. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer COD across India. You can pay at the time of delivery. Prepaid orders are processed faster.

2. How long does shipping take?

We usually ship within 2–4 business days, and delivery takes 5–7 working days depending on your location.

3. What are the shipping charges?

We offer Free Shipping across India. No hidden costs.

4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes. If the product is defective, damaged, or not as described, you can request a return/exchange within 7 days of delivery. Please check our Return Policy page for details.

5. How do I track my order?

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link on your email/WhatsApp. You can also track directly on our Track Order page.

6. Are the dupattas hand-made?

Yes, most of our dupattas are handcrafted by skilled artisans. Some are machine-embroidered, which will be mentioned clearly in the product description.

7. How do I care for my dupatta?

  • For hand-embroidered/Phulkari: Dry clean only.

  • For cotton/machine-embroidered: Gentle hand wash in cold water.

  • Do not wring, bleach, or tumble dry.

    8. Do you take custom orders?

    Yes, for bulk orders, weddings, or gifting, we accept custom designs. Please contact us via WhatsApp or our Contact Us page.

    9. Do you offer international shipping?

    Currently, we ship only within India. But we are working to enable international delivery soon.

    10. What if my order arrives damaged?

    If your product is damaged in transit, please share unboxing pictures/videos within 24 hours, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

    11. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

    Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

    12. Do you provide gift wrapping?

    Yes 🎁, we offer complimentary gift wrapping. You can also add a personal message at checkout.

    13. Are the colors in the photos accurate?

    We try to show products in natural light without heavy editing, but slight color variations may occur due to lighting and screen differences.

    14. How secure is my payment?

    We use 100% secure payment gateways (Razorpay/PayU/PayPal). Your data is encrypted and safe.

    15. Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?

    Yes, we work with boutiques, wedding planners, and resellers. Please contact us for bulk order discounts.
